trim fat and build muscle

Supplements information

When approaching supplements we need to be realistic about our goals. There also needs to already be a diet and exercise program in place.

Supplements are marketed as a rapid solution to weight loss but the reality is revealed in the fine print. Be careful when purchasing products and be sure to read reviews before committing to a product. I have purchased products for two and three times their cost for not doing research on them.

There are many types of supplements for fat loss. These include meal suppressants, stimulant free fat burners, ephedra free fat burners with caffeine among others.

Meal suppressants - are designed to make you feel full quicker dropping your desire to keep eating.

Stimulant free fat burners - are designed to help you lose fat without feeling jittery like caffeine products do.

ephedra free fat burners with caffeine - considered stimulant fat burners. These provide you with a burst of energy. Some people experience crashes, and get jittery after taking these.

Supplements alone will not give you long term results. Please only implement supplements if you already have a diet and exercise plan in place. Bottom line to weight loss is: the amount of calories consumed needs to equal the calories burned. Once that is determined you can proceed to subtract 500 calories a day from your diet. This will result in 1 to 2 pounds lost a week. This may not be much at first but, along with your lifestyle change it will add up. Before you know it you will have achieved your weight loss goals in a safe manner.
